The factory covers a total area of 320 acres, and the company currently employs over 800 staff members, including approximately 150 middle and senior management personnel. The company has departments such as the Administration Department, Finance Department, Production Department, Sales Department, Technology Department, Research and Development Department, Quality Control Department, and Purchasing Department. Currently, the enterprise is divided into six major production department workshops, including the ball milling workshop, powder making and granulation workshop, molding workshop, printing workshop, sintering workshop, and edging workshop. Each production workshop is equipped with a supervisor and a technical supervisor, responsible for workshop management and product quality control.
